At CliC Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your innovative magnetic frames. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your glasses within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Frames

  Place your CliC eyewear securely in its original protective case and packaging to ensure the magnetic connection and lenses remain undamaged during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
